The Foxface is a great fish for eating algae. We have had many hard-to-combat algae in our shop and the Foxface is a very reliable eater. Some say it may pick at corals, but we have yet to see this happen. A word of caution is this fish is poisonous and often times pretty scared. When you go to clean it is not uncommon for it to "freak-out". This is only scary because if he pokes you with his top fins you will be in a lot of pain. Other then that it is a great fish in both reef systems and fish only systems.
Good Points Eats many kinds of algae, good community fish, doesn't get sick very often
Bad Points Tends to get scared easy, poisonous
