Eco Reef ships most product via UPS and the shipping charges are $6 plus 5% of your order total. Free shipping is available for all orders over $400.00.

Returns
In the case of a return, The item must be in unused condition and also be in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. There will also be a fee of 25% that will be charged to cover the restocking fee.
Damaged Items
In the unfortunate event that product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of arrival. All damaged claims must be filed with the carrier. Please note that orders cannot be returned, cancelled, or rejected due to shipping delays.
